Bubble + pun comment !!! Hats off to all the special ones in our life!!

Hi friends

I am submitting my entry for ICRC28 challenge. This card is again made on order for a special girl-->a loving sister,a loving daughter...finning all her way out amidst the crowd! Cheers for her success! Proud to be related to such an wonderful lady..and hence my flounder says ,"Hats off to you!! You are fin-tastic." ^_^..

This time I chose the Ocean theme inspired by 'The Little Mermaid'.

The ocean has many secrets. Many legends have been made... Movies have been based on legends...Basically, coral reefs, ocean depth, and sea creatures are not the only secrets that the oceans poses, there is treasure, pirates, and Jack Sparrow (maybe : P), sunken ships, mysteries, etc.           

Here is a look at some of these wonders.... :)

The drawing pin have been fixed with glue and thread to give the necessary flip to the hat. I have used the concept of a rotating paper disc.

I tried keeping the overall look of under ocean to see underwater life: coral "castles", seaweed "trees" ,pearl "treasures"and shell "mountain"

Here is a template of the hat I have used in this project and embellished it with red solawood flowers,mesh ribbon and coloured ferns shaped into 2 hearts to give that under ocean look!!
