Spring~the most stylish clothing of God !

Hello dear bloggers..

What have you been up to?I was quite away for a week..Lollies even that is awkward for me..:P,when it comes to blogging! What I was busy with?? Ohhh yess, hell loads of detailed crafting :D,you guys know me...if there is no detailing in the creation, its missing Bips' nosy touch :D !

So enough of silly talks, here I am with a fresh new piece I was asked to prepare for a birthday girl.
I wanted to play with the different moods of spring and came across this pretty pictures lately. So thought of giving it a try meddling it with my ideas ^_^.

(a)

(b)
So rather than me being bossy all by myself, why don't you just go through the pics and let me know your views :) ! And as always I couldn't intrude my love for photography while taking the snapshots,so guys please be patient.. :S

Some sneak pics oophs!! I mean peaks :P ..

Materials used:

Handmade paper flowers (roses, rosebuds, daisies)and handmade rose petals from crepe paper(distressed it a bit with watercolours to add the effect)makes the birthday girl's dress.
Patterened  cardstocks from pie-lane and local shops.
The bird cage and prima paper are hand drawn and coloured using water colour pencils.
Some digital tags customised by me in photoshop.
Handwritten sentiments.
Ribbon, blings from my stash, and finally sprinkled some pixie dust :).....
Yess you hear it right!! Prima paper dolls ..:)I was very much awed by these dolls of Julie nutting and wanted to try them out badly, but I didnt own any of her stamps yet :(.So I took the sketches of this doll as reference and have handdrawn them in white cardstock, then coloured and embellished them. And unfortunately it came too close to the real stamped one :) hehee!!

And here the complete creation

So as you see its a rectangular box I prepared from chipboard from scratch, then layered it out with different PPs. And I create a storyline with my every creation...this one depicts the two vital and enigmatic moods of "spring season":
(i) For the box's top-view,I took the help of Pic inspiration(b) colour scheme where the  sunset caught me, turned the brush to copper set the clouds to one great roof of flame above the earth,so that I walk through fire, beneath fire, and all in beauty.
(ii) And then adhered the folding zig-zag card on its back side.As inspired by the beauty of the so rosy-pink petals of Pic inspi(a),which silently whispers the innocence and vitality of the morning spring. The first sparrow of spring, the year beginning with younger hope than ever.

Hope you like it..Tadaaa ! :D see you all very soon..

    1. Thank you Sonia ji for that kind appreciation :) means so much.
The blue flower is made out of light blue satin cloth..I have cut out some chipboard in petal shapes, made a hole in center to tie the pollens with a wire, then stuffed some cotton therein in each petal and covered it with the cloth pieces.
